Zoo Trip!

Stacy and me getting ready to hit the zoo

Checking out Santa's reindeer

The girls

The parrots freaked me out and I started crying...

...but I LOVED the emu! I screeched away at them

The cranes were pretty

The elk and alpaca came right up to eat out of Stacy's hand!

The tigers are the main reason we visited the zoo. Thankfully they put on a bit of a show for us!

What a fun day at the zoo!

Chatterbox

Today Kelsey decided to talk....a lot. Over the past couple of weeks she's been working on the occassional "ba" or "da" but they were far and few between. Today she broke out with "la", "da", "ga", "ma", and "ba". Once she discovered she could now "speak" there has been no stopping her! We tried to get her talking on video but she clammed up a bit and became more focused on grabbing the camera out of our hands ;)

Eight Months

I'm such a big girl now at eight months old! I can crawl, pull myself up and I'm learning to walk around furniture. I like to eat lots of veggies and cheerios but I'm still not a huge fan of fruit. I also have discovered this great toy that daddy pushes around a lot - I guess it's called a vacuum. I sure like chasing it around!

You caught me getting into trouble!

The weather is getting colder around here so I got a new fuzzy new hat to wear on our walks

My first taste of an actual apple...I wasn't too keen on the taste but it was fun to play with!

I enjoyed making a mess with my spring veggies

Hmmmm...what should we cook for dinner tonight?

Sometimes I use Kona to pull myself up. She's such a good doggie and tolerates it!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I had a great first Thanksgiving! Nana and Papa came up for a visit and then we headed down to Longview to visit Grandma and Grandpa and all my aunts, uncles and cousins. I even got my very own turkey dinner!

My fun new fishbowl toy from Nana and Papa

I also enjoyed playing with the box it came in ;)

Multi-tasking...playing with both my new toy and the box it came in at the same time. What fun!

Showing Grandpa some of my toys

Grandma and Grandpa got me this great new keyboard that has a microphone attached. Aren't I a good singer?

Meeting my great aunt Emo

Playing with my cousin Macey

Hanging out with Aunt Ulynn

Everyone eating the HUGE dinner that Grandma cooked

I even ate my own special turkey dinner

It was so tasty I ate the whole jar!

Me and my family on our first Thanksgiving

Happy Halloween!

I'm supposed to be a Hershey's Kiss but I wasn't a fan of the hat

Tada! No hat!

Trick or Treat!

This is how I give Kona kisses

Kisses back from Kona

Mommy and Daddy got new sliding glass doors....I thought I should taste test them!

How do I climb over thing?

Ha ha! I got all the binkies!

Me and Mommy in our matching PJs from our neighbors

Future boyfriend? My buddy Cameron

Stairmaster

I turned seven months old today and have already mastered the stairs. Look out!

I hate hardwoods

I'm not a fan of hardwoods...or any hard surface for that matter. So I've developed a new style of crawling so I don't hurt my knees :)

Pumpkin Playdate

Recently we had a playdate with Claire where our moms decided it'd be fun to put us in a pumpkin. We made it quite an adventure for them :)

Claire taste testing the scenery

Smiles for Regen

How do I get out of this thing??

Why mommy? Why?

Jami is making me laugh!

Ok, I guess this is fun!

Having fun playing together

Learning to stand!

Yes, its definitely time to babyproof! Kelsey has learned to pull herself up and is now trying to figure out the stairs. Hopefully she takes her time learning to walk :)

Fall Festivities

This weekend we went to a pumpkin patch and picked out our pumpkins for Halloween. I had a great time checking everything out! We also went hiking at Carkeek Park and enjoyed the fall leaves.

Me and mommy

Crawling through the pumpkins trying to find the perfect one

This pumpkin display is very suspicious!

Kona enjoyed the pumpkin patch too
